Yep yep :3
I haven't used them in a while actually, I really should. I'll make sure I start using them again soon.
I use Letraset Tria Markers. They look like this - [link]

Aw, thanks. I'm sure you could colour just as well if you had some markers too ^-^
They're quite expensive though, which is the down side, but they are really nice to use after some practice :3

seasonaldragon1 In reply to sugarsmilesss [2010-08-16 00:56:46 +0000 UTC]

Yeah! Tria markers are like the European equivalent of Copics :3
I live in England, so they were much easier to get here when I got them a couple of years ago.

Aw, it's a shame that they're drying up, but getting some new ones is a good idea if you'll use them a lot :3
Gah! They're expensive aren't they x____x ... this whole art thing is a pretty expensive thing as hobbies and career choices go hehe

Awesome, good for you :3
I hope you enjoy them

Yep yep :3
I live in the South on the very edge of a city, so it's quite quiet and not heavily populated where I live. But it's quite nice to be close to big shops and such.

Aw, that's nice of him ^-^

ahhh your so lucky! theres so many people by me and its never green besides the few random thunderstorms we get here but the grass only stays for a few weeks and then its all brown again I: southern california is not pretty.

seasonaldragon1 In reply to sugarsmilesss [2010-08-16 20:05:47 +0000 UTC]

Wow! That's so odd!
All the grass here is green all the time, unless people walk over it a lot

sugarsmilesss In reply to seasonaldragon1 [2010-08-16 23:40:37 +0000 UTC]

hahah here its like that weird yellowish brown green color. i am however super close to the beach, mountains, desert, and big cities, so its not all that bad

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

seasonaldragon1 In reply to sugarsmilesss [2010-08-16 23:54:18 +0000 UTC]

Awesome, it sounds nice. It's all grass, fields and hills here. It's nice, but stuff like beaches aren't very good here :/
They're all pebbley instead of sandy, and we don't really get good enough weather for it to be any fun anyway. Plus the center of the city is right on the coast, it's the largest commercial port in Europe ... that's what everyone should look for in a city P: lol ... I joke, of course X3 haha

ahh it sounds pretty though! its always hot here. i wish i lived farther north in san fransisco or something, that place is amazing! san diego is ehhh /:

Yeah it is, I'm kind of used to it though. People come to England and they all go "Oh wow! It's so beautiful!" and I have to think about it, and then I'm like "Hey, you're right! ^-^". I'm just around it all the time, it's sort of lost it's impact X3

Aw, too bad :<
America is huge, I've only been to New York myself. But I imagine that it's an extreme example of a highly populated area

neeeewww york?? i want to go there too and check out all the art museums and stuff, did you go to the big city?
hahah idk why tourists always come down where i live though, because i really dont find it pretty. im big on nature and all.

seasonaldragon1 In reply to sugarsmilesss [2010-08-17 00:53:14 +0000 UTC]

Yep yep, we stayed in New York City for a week a few years ago :3
I got to do all the touristy stuff, like go to the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty and such. It was pretty cool, the streets scared me though, so many people, so many cars! ;^;

It was kind of like London, except more new and taller ... and laid out like a grid! Cities here just sort of 'happen', it's so easy to get lost here if you don't know a place.

Hehe, maybe you're used to your surroundings too? :3

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

sugarsmilesss In reply to seasonaldragon1 [2010-08-17 01:08:14 +0000 UTC]

ahh yea its definitely like a grid. but you can still get lost in the lamely placed cities here. i think europe is just so much prettier and more unique, but like you said im definitely used to my surroundings. im set on not living in the us once im done with college. and its not that im used to my surroundings as far as the appearance is here, it really just isnt to my liking. however convenience wise where i live is amazing. haha

Very expressive eye, just love that blue color. And the fur in general looks great. Nicely done.

I just haven't had the time, also i have 72 of them so the box is huge. It's too big to take back and forth from my dad's house to my mum's house and back again all the time @___@
Maybe after my exams, yes? :3

Tis a mystery XD

"You" were with with who I assume was your mum as was I (I was with my mum that is... not yours) (if that helps... if you care XD)

seasonaldragon1 In reply to THWT [2008-08-15 14:48:24 +0000 UTC]

Indeed it was my mother. She is generally slightly shorter than me :3
We were walking towards Marks&Spencers and had just come from Waterstones.
You and your mother were walking in the opposite direction.

I wasn't sure whether to wave or smile, or not because if it wasn't you then I'd look like a loon (but it was, so I could have), but then again if it was you (which it was) then not waving may have seemed rude... but neither of us did anything in our moment of confusion and vague remembrance ... so never mind
