Description English Daisy - Bellis Perennis

It is thought that the name "daisy" is a corruption of "day's eye", because the whole head closes at night and opens in the morning. Chaucer called it "eye of the day".

Lucky you, here they don't allow to test in their shops, every thing is sealed in boxes.

really? hm it's strange, I think that will change soon photographers are creatures that always like to check everything with their own body

Personally I like the sealed approach so I am sure that the item I'm buying is purely untouched and is straight from factory

I've never seen an English daisy before! I wasn't aware that there were different varieties of daisies!

I wonder if all daisies close at night? Thank you for sharing that little bit of information.

I like how this one is fringed with pink. Pink, white and yellow all go well together. The green background goes along nicely with the flower. It's as if the daisy were surrounded by a dream. Wouldn't it be neat if they dreamed?

I think this is beautiful. Great work.

oh yes, I didn't think of it, but indeed it looks like they were dreaming
