Aww thanks so much. When you say about poetic image I really take it as a huge compliment.
The 'texture' is just in fact noise in the photo. The original was very dark and I wanted to delete it but the bird was so pretty and still very sharp I just thought I can't delete it and I must give this photo a chance.
Because I couldn't get rid of the noises I decided not to pretend it's a very good technically photo and show it as it is. I only converted it to b&w to underline the moment, shapes and this willing of a little bird to be free.
