I think this makes sense because Overwatch is a TF2-ish ripoff and Tracer is stereotypically a 'Scout'.
While RD is a Equestria Fortress' Scout(Rainbow Scout).

The thing is since I'v looked into Overwatch, not all of
the entire game is a TF2 rip. Out of the current 21 heros,
there are a few that people would compare to TF2 characters.
Like Tracer associated with Scout or Widowmaker with the Sniper.
Despite both of them being Team based first person shooters,
both are different in a unique way as the Overwatch characters
abilities don't share some game mechanic of TF2.
That is my view of both TF2 and Overwatch.

*Cough* All false, Overwatch only thing common with TF2 is Cartoonish Look and Tracer is not an Egoistic Ahole like Scout she is Very positive,optimistic,helpfull person so she is nothing like "scout" and she can teleport and rewind time!

Pretty true I must say. Both are uniquely different, now that I
think about it. I don't have a clue why people think the characters
in Overwatch are similar to TF2. The personalities of them are very
far apart.

Well, a few TF2 forums said that it is a ripoff based on gameplay. Which is kinda true because some tf2 players will feel weird in this new First-Person Shooter style game.

Based on Gameplay? Does TF2 have special abilities like Overwatch does? I do not think so, yes it does look similiar....like all freaking FPS games But its not a ripoff Ill have to point out that TF2 community is in huge point rude and ignorant.
