It's Secret Santa gift time for !

This is my second Secret Santa gift exchange for 2013. (I just love participating in them! ) This is for the one =xRhythmOfLove hosted. (And a big thank you to her for organizing this fun event! )

This is *BlueCreekFarm 's gorgeous mare, Vegas Girl. I loved her coat at first sight, especially all those little white speckles! As the poem says, she's dreaming she's one of Santa's reindeer, soaring across the sky on Christmas night. This was oodles of fun to make, and I loved every moment of it!

On a side note, you may have noticed this piece looks similar to another one in =xRhythmOfLove 's Equine Secret Santa. *AusEquine and I coincidentally had the same idea, and ended up doing twin pieces. It's no biggie, and she and I already chatted and had a good laugh about it. (It was just a bizarre coincidence. ) I guess great minds think alike, huh?
