Glossaryck: He's basically apathetic with like almost everything that isn't food...

Omnitraxus Prime: Was willing to let the universe collapse on itself if Star doesn't answer a math problem on her own...

Hekapoo: Messed with Marco for 'stealing' her interdimensional scissors (even though Ponyhead was the one that stole them for Star... and Hekapoo shouldn't have irresponsibly left them near the sink while she was using a public restroom) and letting Marco chase her clones around her dimension for many years (time works differently in Hekapoo's dimension, so Marco returns to normal back in his world) and sure, Hekapoo does give Marco a chance to leave in the beginning, but what she did is still kinda messed up...

Rhombulus: Freezes anybody he assumes is evil in crystal, even if he's not 100% sure if they're truly evil or if the crime is small and petty (like a poor guy being late to deliver a pizza)...

Lekmet: Lets Rhombulus get away with freezing most of these people (even if half of them could be potentially innocent)...
