This wisp is owned by . I meant to draw this cutie along with her other new wisp, but I was busy working on a story. But I finally got to it.
So as it says, this wisp is known as "Amber Ring", and from what Weather-Chan told me, they attract and find rings. And I gotta say, this little baby is adorable.
