Description
This is the second wisp idea I came up with recently.
It's a pearl-colored wisp with the power of wind, or hurricanes. 
And... yeah, I didn't know how to design this one. 
So I just went with a fluffy cloud-shape wisp, but... I don't know. Maybe I'll redesign them in the future.Β Anyway, I hope you like it.Β π€
