Yes, her's name is Winghoul and she's appears in the new "Mazinkaiser SKL" OAV, where she also has a pair of Sirene-like bat wings!

You mean the Mazinger Angels Minerva? She got the Sirene wings and taloned hands, I think Winghoul was tailored (with not so much fantasy) on that S.o.C. toy.
