When one first meets Rikka, just by looking at her face, one can already tell that she is a loud girl. That holds true, as Rikka speaks in a very loud voice. Loud, as well as insulting. She never means any harm however, and most of the time her insults are to be taken as jokes. She will never insult a person she first meets though; it's only after she becomes friends with someone that her bad-mouthed side will show.
It's very easy to catch Rikka's attention due to her excitable nature. She gets interested in anything and everything. Daily, she can be seen bouncing around a lot due to her limitless energy and it's very hard for her to sit still. With that energy, she takes a lot of time to stay active and plays a lot of sports ( mostly ball games ).
Rikka is the type of person who doesn't know how to take a compliment; due to her tomboy-ish nature she rarely, if ever, recieves compliments. If one does compliment her though, she gets easily flustered. Most times she'll call the person stupid and turn away to hide her red face.
The small girl packs a lot of punch for her size. If anyone dared mock or insult her, 9 out of 10 times she'll respond aggressively such as a book in the face. Afterwards, she'd just insult the person back and move on and act like nothing happened. Class is particularly difficult for her due to how irresponsible she is by losing all her homework, handouts, and sleeping through tests.

[ td;lr she's the loud mouth, energetic and aggressive tsundere that no one likes and teases people out of reflex but she does feel bad if she hurts other people's feelings so she limits that side to people she actually knows. Actually pretty nice to people she's not close with.

She can come off as prideful and arrogant in a way but she's actually very self conscious. ]

Habits:
- falls asleep during tests
- chews on the erasers of her pencils
- make her lunch boxes look pretty
- sore loser; always calls for a rematch

Biography:
Rikka originally lived a few towns over with her parents and led a typical lifestyle. Her parents always urged her to atleast pass every class so she tried to do atleast that much ( pass with Cs and Ds bless ). Her older brothers had long moved out, but when she was a child she always played with them. They played a lot of sports and always played outside. She and her brothers always got along well, and it was due to their influence that she became sort of a tomboy.
At school, Rikka was actually very sociable. Her petite stature and personality both attracted and repelled people; they found it fun to mess with her in a friendly manner of course. She always responded so dramatically to things but even though having a dictionary thrown at your face really hurts her friends still liked her.
After the quake however, it put her in a bad spot. Her school closed and her friends were going to a school far into the city but to save expenses, Rikka's parents forced her to attend Furuya High.
