Personality: Confident, cheeky, arrogant. Very self-centered, believes well in his abilities, and dislikes relying on others. Fickle. Often discards the things he steals, having quickly lost interest.

Abilities: Thievery and stealth are his strongest points. He is lightweight and strong, able to get in and out of some unexpected places. He is surprisingly strong for his lean frame, and can hold his own in a fight, but due to his lightness has poor defense and prefers to dodge rather than take a blow. Does not often fight with his fists, but will use whatever weapons he can get his hands on, be it a rusty pipe, a blade, or a brick. Prefers bludgeoning weapons to blades or guns.

History: Finneus never knew his parents, and grew up orphaned in the lower districts among the poor. There was one particular family he was close with, and he became best friends with the eldest son, , and saw the family of 5 to be like his own family. This family would eventually work hard enough to buy a home in District M, and though they offered to take Finneus in as their own child, he declined, comfortable with his lifestyle as a thief.

As the years passed, Finneus kept in touch with that family as hardships befell them- the parents passed away and left school to work and take care of his two younger siblings. Finneus stopped by whenever he could to help, bringing stolen food, clothing, and money. A certain organization soon had their eyes on 's home, and began to threaten him to get the land under their possession. Finneus was powerless against such a large organization, and was unable to do anything as his friend fought and eventually lost against the organization. died soon after in a work-related accident (which may or may not have been an accident at all), leaving behind his two younger siblings.

In the midst of his despair, Cartes Blanches stepped in and offered to make this organization disappear... in return for a favor. Not truly expecting them to follow through, Finneus accepts, and the organization disappears the next day, it's executives murdered and headquarters burned. The two children returned to their home, and Finneus leaves food and money for them weekly. Never having forgotten the debt he so casually accepted, he grudgingly awaits the day Cartes Blanches will call on him to cash in on their favor.

Miscellaneous:
-Fond of luxurious clothing, often goes to District U to steal his favorite kinds of clothing.
-De facto leader of a small gang in District L- a Robin Hood type figure. Does not steal with the intent to give away, but others tend to benefit from his habit of tossing his loot after losing interest, making him popular with many LOL.
-Though his fighting style is that of a brawler, he is not violent by nature and will (usually) only fight in self defense.
-He is not the type who likes being in debt to others, and the favor to Cartes Blanches is the largest thorn in his side.
