ラブライブ!：あなたのいない世界

I had been reading some NicoMaki doujins for a while and was thinking of what to draw one night. This picture was drawn with the idea 「あなたのいない世界」 in mind and initially it was just going to be Maki on the floor.

But after a while I thought that that was no good, so I decided to add a piano behind. I haven't drawn a piano before, so I was quite worried about it. It did end up a little better than I expected however. I made on mistake on the wheels, but I only noticed that when I was done, I will be sure to take notice of these things in the future. I hope I managed to capture a thinking feeling on Maki's face in this picture.

I have been wondering if I should focus more on paintings, or I should do more pictures with the lines in them in the end. I think both have their pros and cons, they both look nice. I feel very greedy for wanting to do more of both at the same time, I really hope I can!

I don't think it's done as well as it can be, so it will be something I will revisit in the future, as a painting. For now, I think the next picture will be a happier one.Thank you very much for viewing, I hope you enjoyed the picture.
