Fear not! Junior ornithologist here, allow me to shed some light on the issue: Most of the design seems to resonate with barn owls, however the face shape is more like that of true owls (basically ever owl thats not in the tyto family i.e. barn owls). Sadly no owls i know of have bowtie shaped feathers ;-;.

Oh yes it was very helpful and I just wonder what it's evolutions will turn out like just hope it'll be like with Torchic and Piplup evolutions I don't know it just a question of how and what if you know what I mean.

It's evolutions might take on a more barn owl-esque appearence since noctowl was more of a horned owl. Just my prediction though, I can't wait to actually find out

Yeah me too and hopefully we'll get more info during the summer and I'm still deciding on what starter to choose and so far Rowlet seems to have a very popular fan favourite.

Me too! Usually I pick water type Pokemon, but I can't resist to pick Rowlet as starter in the next game

I normally go for Fire or water but the seel sort of looks like a dog and the cat looks like an emo and Rowlet is us just cute.
