Description
So I'm really into the Hunger Games right now
and I found this meme by ~sunni-sideup so I couldn't resist.I started out without too much enthusiasm but when I started to draw Peeta I really wanted to do it right so I put more and more effort into the whole thing.
I tried to change styles, capture everyone the way I imagined them
and I'm actually pretty proud of the results.

I personally think that anybody who read the whole trilogy wasn't really satisfied with the abrupt ending we got in mockingjay. Of course I still love the series no matter how unsatisfied I was with the ending (which was ok but not as good as it could have been).

Yeah i think your're right and that many people just disliked the ending (: And yeah i will forever love the series no matter what, i kinda made up in my head what i think would of happened to characters that werent mentioned at the end (:

"I love Peeta and Katniss together, but somehow how they got together wasn't quite right".......my thoughts exactly! For all the development that happened even during MockingJay, and then it ended sort of abruptly. And the epilogue.....I wanted to be happy with it, but I wasn't all the way

Well I always wanted them to be together but one moment he's trying to strangle her and then she's just send home and he comes back to 12, too, and that's it?
And then that cheesy ending that seemed to be straight out of Hollywood? If she wanted to tell a real end of the story she should have put a bit more effort into it and not just describe it in a few sentences. Imo it didn't do the whole story justice.

Yep, I so agree. And to just have Katniss volunteer for her sister, just to have Prim die?!? What the heck? Yeah, she could have definitely described the ending a bit more.

Well, Prim's death added to the whole tragedy. That's just how the story worked: Whenever Katniss thought it's finally going to be alright something even worse comes along. But after that and after Coin's death everything went just too fast.
But well, I still love the series. I'm often unsatisfied with book endings and I can live with this one
