I could write something longer about the text here, some sort of a scene writeup like I did with the kissing picture, because I enjoy writing things like that. Or I could just let it stand because I got 5 hours of sleep last night and my bedtime is rapidly approaching.After some tears and panic on both sides, Silvan and Mena have finally gotten over at least some of their issues and they're going to try out a relationship. Awww. It's like having my very own soap opera to watch. Between this and watching Albraeus ruin his life, I think I'm set.

I say silly things to hide how much I really enjoy all this stuff.
What do you think? I think my sense of form is improving, and I like how her face turned out! Progress. Progress! Check out those feet. (updated because I improved the feet and wanted to rescan)

I really love this one. Besides the obvious points (the expressions etc) I love the movement of it. You really captured the moment in time. One thing I really enjoy about it is Mena's hair. Great job with this one

I really, really wanted to capture the movement so that people could tell that movement was going on at all. I'm glad that came through! You would not believe how much trouble I had drawing her face.
Hair is fun to draw. I think I'm getting better at it. And it's essential for the movement, I think?
Jeff made me make Silvan's scruffiness darker so I will probably re-scan this one soon. Maybe I'll do a little more detail on her feet and things before I do.
