Soooo pleased with how this outfit turned out. The only draw back was it was bloody HOT to wear. Even though the outfit itself was fairly comfortable.Tunic, shirt and cape made by = ~the-infamous-padfoot I was over the moon with those so thanks to her for making them for me <3
Wig, belt, trousers and boots = made by me : - ) they were a puzzle but I did enjoy working on them once I worked out a process of putting them together. Helped that I finally have my own sewing machine yay!
Now I just need some more FFX11 crew at a con!

Did you make the boots from scratch? xD I've been looking for a way to make shoes/boots for a cosplay so I wouldn't have to spend money on shoes I would never wear again.

I actually worked on top of an old pair of boots I owned! Just because not only was it cheaper, I actually find a base boot easier to work on. But yeah it just happened by chance that I had some old boots knocking about that were the right shape I wanted. So I guess it was just luck. The Green and the brown stitched leather on top were more like boot sleeves which i fastened at the front by lacing it. I have to say I would find making boots from scratch difficult.
