Kari!!!
This is Kari, Tai's little sister and a sweetheart. She was probably my favorite Digidestined and that's why I saved her for last.Kari is 6 and 1/2 inches tall, like TK, and is made of flannel and felt too.
I loved making Kari! She is really skinny for some reason, though. Her clothes were hard to make because they wouldn't turn right-side out or go over her hands/feet.

I've been working on the pattern to make the Digi-Kids for months, so I'm not really willing to part with it. Sorry! 
BabyLondonStar's tutorial is very popular, [link] but I like Dollmaker Runo's site [link] better. Runo has easy and more difficult patterns so you can work your way up to harder stuff if you don't have alot of sewing experience.
Once you know what you like about different patterns, mix and match parts to make you own! G'luck and have fun plushie-ing!

Brown just makes more sense than pink... and Tai has brown eyes too, so now they match!

I can totally relate to you about the difficulties of clothing. I've actually sewn the clothes while on the plushie (would that make me a tailor for plushies? ^_~)

When I have a pattern for the clothes, I like to put them on the plushie before I stuff it, that way I don't have to try and pull their hands and feet through the sleeves/ pants legs. But I make the arms and legs seperate on these and sew them stuffed on the body.
