Another day at U.A. and Kirishima Eijirou –or Red Riot as he’s commonly known- walked down the aisle of the crowded school, moving away from class 1-A, followed by a wave of students. It had been years since he had graduated and he was finally back as a teacher in the same class where he had started his career as a hero – a pro hero.

He really liked his job; it was full of thrills and unexpected developments. Not to mention that he got to teach the meaning of manliness to all the little hero hatchlings. It was a good life. And it had become even better –albeit a bit confusing- when she had arrived.

Apparently her sense of humour was somewhat twisted, judging by her choice of alias. It didn’t matter at all for Eijirou. She was the hottest, most gorgeous person he had ever laid eyes upon. And ever since she had arrived at U.A., he had found himself lingering close to the Department of Support where she was teaching all the more often, just to catch a glimpse of her.

He had to admit that he was smitten.

It wasn’t always that fun though. True; he really liked her. The problem was that he had absolutely no idea how to deal with her. Or with his feelings for that matter. As soon as she made an appearance, all his ideals about manliness and stuff went out of the window.

She would smile at him and he’d feel his face flushing and his skin taking the colour of his hair. How extremely embarrassing. What was worse, she had been brought up abroad and in her culture, hugging and kissing was absolutely okay. The first time she had hugged him he had thought he’d die. And when she had kissed him on the cheek goodbye –in front of everyone-, he had had to fight tooth and nail not to faint. This wasn’t okay in his culture.

He loved it though. After he had finally managed to get used to her touching him out of the blue –without him fainting- he had been trying to “bump” into her as often as possible, so that he’d receive her affections. Even if they weren’t as intimate as he would have liked.

He had promised himself, however, that he’d properly kiss her –and a man always keeps his promises. Eventually.
