Description For lack of a better name...

My original intent for this Terragen was to make the earth look sort of scorched...but it just looks like it's in shadow. Oh well.

It's really easy. It generates a landscape for you, and you choose colors and stuff for the land, the water, and the sky, as well as the camera position. Really, there's no skill required.

Just to give you perspective on what can be done with this program: try a search . That stuff will really make you faint.

for a more scorched look, i suggest trying less water. maybe a more reddish tint to the land, too.

When you hit reply, you know how this little box drops down? And then the border is all glitter when its sending? And the page never needs to reload through the whole process? It's called AJAX - Asynchronous Javascript and XML. Gmail and Google Maps use it too.
