Something about the skin tone seems off to me, and whatever technique was used doesn't mesh well with the style of the photo. The over all color temperature of the model clashes with the red tint of the lipstick. It draws far too much attention to one feature of the portrait; the opposite of what a portrait is supposed to focus on. The shadows and blacks are also blending far too much with the models hair to the point that its difficult to tell where the hair ends and the background starts.

The models posture and pose are perfect for a classic portrait, but the lighting and use of shadow are counter-intuitive to the process of creating a classic portrait; the showing of facial features, hair, and frame of the model.

the dramatic atmosphere is  outstanding i really like the color accent of the lips, nice!
