Description ZOMG! *falls over and dies...

This is me attempting another style of coloring... a lil more realistic and more blending and such AND the help of a new program (I just bought OpenCanvas). This is mostly a hybrid of OpenCanvas and Photoshop6, majority I would have to say is PS6.

Anyway, I started this LONG ago, and since I was practicing and just doodling around in my new OpenCanvas I thought I'd open this old one up and work on it. ^_^; Well, as usual, once I start something hardcore and I'm real into it, I get addicted and I like... don't stop until it's done! @_@ It is 2:30am right now... yeah.

So, this is Asara and Irisi. She's a closet goth chick and he's a sacrificial phoenix for the sun god, Ra. Sounds pretty AWESOME doesn't it? They are from my friend's fic that has to do with four phoenixes stuck in a curse of having to die and be reborn for the sun god, Ra, and they believe a destined girl (descendant of Isis) can break them from the curse and seal of basically immortality. ^_^

The setting here is kinda like... they're in a tent in Egypt or something, and it's hot and they are both unable to keep their hands off eachother, even in the scorching heat. XD

Took me a while, as I was using the new style and actually BLENDING, while I used to just do the pen tool, real sharp lines and stuff... which is still cool, but this is cool too, eh?

Original sketch thing here -_-; not so good... [link]

You're not a moron, silly. I guess it's kinda a compliment since the entire thing was digitally painted in Photoshop. ^_^; Sketch was done in pencil then imported to PS, then painted in there.

They look awesome! Now sleep for several more hours to make up for staying up so late!

They really do look great, and all that fooling around with both programs really turned out! It's different from your usual style, but def in a good way!

Luv Ya!
