yep i love his helmet, it a shame she talks so little. she and a few others have several cut dialogue, two of my favorite cut dialogue are that of the fist knight you encounter and Shiva.

Thanks! Quelaag's dialogue is a bit confusing. First she tells you to go away before the demons eat you, then she calls you a sacrifice (for her sister), and then she tells you to come right on in and let the demons eat you. o_O

i guess it does, or she gave you a warning then when the player ignored she was telling you that she was going to eat you.
she also said something about covenant, so maby she had a roll in the chaos covenant, and your the bringer of meat.
