From the lost journals of Anjiru:
“.....The Ceylihei Gecko is a relatively new species discovered by the surface world, yet not so new to those who live below. Found in the tropical underground rainforests on Sekai, Specificly the Eastern Continent known as Ceyliatus, these creatures have been termed a kind of 'gecko' though their appearance is somewhat draconic. In truth, they are more related to the far further evolved Nyxians and Draconians than a gecko. They are known to be one of very few non sentient creatures on its world with the ability to warp between worlds and places, even other times depending on the dimension it goes to.
The Ceylihei are long in body and thin, with soft but almost elastic skin that stretches more than one might think logical at a glance. They are adorned with long frills, and tendrils, even a set of non functional 'wing' like tendrils both from the shoulders and the side extensions of its tail. On their bodies, one can find countless tiny valves that are usually sealed shut, until air is sucked in or expelled. Once air is 'inhaled' into these inner air bladders, an internal chemical is added, causing them to float. These chemicals are known to be non flammable.
Colorwise, it seems these creatures take from the world around them before they are even born, and it seems that their colors depend on where their eggs are laid. Usually left in or near plants, these geckos eggs are incredibly toxic and will kill small predators and make larger ones very ill, thus the geckos feel confident in leaving their eggs in various places- all across the multiverses. One left in a tropical flower might be born with bright tropical colors, and one left in a tomb or crypt might even poses bone-like markings.
With long talons and long fingers with skin between them like webbing, these geckos are known to leap great distances and glide, gracefully falling to safety. If they have time to prepare, they may float off somewhere. They poses rather long tongues, with straw like tubes at the ends. They use these to delve into flowers and obtain nectar, as well as to drink water and other things. Those that are pets can develop tastes for more than the natural foods they found in the wild, such as fruits, seeds, nuts, mushrooms, nectar, small -large bugs, small mouse-sized mammals (and a little larger, depending on how big the gecko is). Their sharp beak like lower-jaw extension is used to pry open food objects.

When born, the geckos are about as long as a human adults pinky, fully grown they can be from 6 inches to two feet, give or take. Mutation on their home world is common, though past 12 inches is more uncommon. Due to their tall legs, they stand about 3inches-1'5.ft

Most curious about these animals is their eyes- which, while lidded and protected by a thin but strong shell, are almost liquid and gel-like within. They have three independent pupils or 'inner eyes' that have a stalk to control their movement. (Which is not visible in normal individuals, though the shadows of these stalks can be seen in the uncommon albino specimens.)

The orange and black one belongs to Shinerai !
