I think Aizen got the worst of this deal. While Il Palazzo got Aizen's best, Aizen got Excel and Hyatt. Though I think the Great Will of the Macrocosm balanced it out by having Ulquiorra gaining Hyatt's little problem.
Also, Excel can realy pull off Grimmjow's look even with an unnecessary hole in her stomach.
