First off, I'm a complete NOOB when it comes to watercolors because these are my first attempts!!! Left to right is my first one to the latest one.Top left to right: Natsume & Tanuma (Natsume Yuujinchou), Okabe & Kurisu (Steins;Gate), Sync the Tempest (Tales of the Abyss)
Bottom left to right: Original girl (my random girl, OTL), Natsume & Tanuma again (Natsume Yuujinchou)
I plan to do some more. I did one a day.
Used: Winsor&Newton Sketch Pocket Watercolors (Half-pan), Faber Castell Watercolor pencils (on the last three cards), Artist Trading Cards (Bristol - 2.5'' x 3.5'')
If you use watercolors or know anything, tips & crits are more than welcomed!!!
I will be selling these cards for $5 USD at conventions but Sync the Tempest is taken already (my sister wants it)

I SEEEE. well keep at it! from what i learned in class,remember gradients and layers! and always paint the darkest area first! * U*b

Thank you!! I have half-pans, so it's harder to do gradients (I think?!!)... Hm. THANKS FOR THE TIP! I've been doing a little of both (light and dark first).

Thank you! I won't be working tomorrow! It's comic day so I'll be making 24 complete comic in 24 hours. Hahaa! Thanks for the thought though! I usually work Saturdays, but I've taken it off! We have a bigger selection of copic things, so make sure your dad's wallet is LOADED! Hahahaah! <333

I went today...I had a fangasm; the selection is so much better! *___*...but I ended up buying the wrong size replacement nibs, and now I can't return it =3=;; But omg, there is so many stuff to choose from now *3*;;

Thanks! Argh, watercolors are SOOOO HARD, but so fun. * u *;; It's sorta addicting, but sometimes when I can't mix the right color, it really makes me cry. I have 12 half pans, so it's not much. BLACK ISN'T INCLUDED, which makes me really sad... I'm surprised Sync got the perfect black I wanted. OTL
I don't even want to watercolor bigger pictures though... that might be too hard...
