Well, as a huge Thousand Sons fan I can only say to you that:
It was never specified that the capatin of the 10th fellowship wasn't a pony

Also,  Sekhmet terminators should have a scarab on their right soulderguard and the Spireguard did wear silver helmets, not golden ones and no armor over their coat
