The motion-blur looks a bit odd. Like there weren't enough intermediate frames used to calculate it.

Thanks! I made this using E-Mote Free Movie Maker (or “Emofuri”), It's a free 2.5D animating software, that allows you to create character animations using PSD files, although it's in japanese there are lots tutorials and its pretty easy to use, you should look it up!
