Rahpael Sorel player 1 from Soulcalibur II.

I heard that there was going to be a Soulcalibur group at AyaRevolution 2009. I jumped at the chance to do make Raphael's first player costume from Soulcalibur II. I have always loved the character design and that he is a fencer (I am one too). I used to be such a huge Kilik fan until Raphael was introduced.

I was unwell prior to the con so this was very much a rushed build in the last week run to the con. I pretty much made the entire thing from fabric stocks that I had in the house. The only thing I ended up buying was the buttons and the zip for the shirt. The whole costume is hand made by me. It does include authentic breeches that were a bit tricky to make. Sadly they ended up being too big and I didn't have time to adjust.
