I love the look of all the extra little fins running up and down her tail!  Her blue eyes are mesmerizing!  The shimmery sheen on her tail looks great, too...what a beauty!!

Can't believe no one has said anything on this.

It's absolutely stunning to say the least, I can't imagine the time and effort that went into this.
Could you by any chance explain a bit as to duration/medium/inspiration please?

Expression on her face, though blank says quite a lot. It's a sort of calm and curious vibe.
