It's his character, Mul, whom he aptly named after himself. He has very characteristic orange-tinted glasses. His mech is named dog, and apparently has an AI.

Well in that case!
The most appealing element is the light/dark contrast, in both the background/forground and character itself. I love the relatively rough linework, in a way it bring out the feel of the piece, that being relaxed and on the slightly darker side of things. I adore the smoke and cloads, the shadowing is perfect! And how the light reflects off the metal is supurb. Everything is excellant over all!

Ok! So I could potentialy (After I figure out what lowering the flow means, heh) attempt this style of shading XD

Flow's right next to opacity. Another cool thing to do is to keep your left hand on the shift key while using the brush to pick up colors from around the drawing. Kind of makes it smoother.
