2/ The new owner can do anything they want with the Character. Redesign, Trade, Gift, Giveaway or Sell; it's fine. You can even repost it anywhere so long as I'm credited.
One Caveat: If you want to resell the adopt, you cannot use my art to do it unless you intend to sell it for less than or exactly how much you paid.

3/ I retain rights to the actual artwork regardless of the owner, but once sold, the character/design is the sole property of the new owner.
