There's no background because he stared into the abyss and the abyss stared back and I'm lazy and I didn't want to pretend the stars make a great background once again. It's enough that I've re-used the car from my other fanart. And yet it took me forever.
At this point it is quite obvious I have absolutely no distinctive style. Every time I draw Rick, he looks different. Except for the excessive hair, that is a constant.
