About this horse:
Junee is a rock solid and 100% reliable mare with a "been there, done that" attitude. She has competed in low level eventing with her old rider who had to sell her due to an ongoing illness, and now this mare is looking for a new competitive home where she can shine. In the past she has dealt with dogs, her owners young children, fireworks, livestock, heavy traffic, and even pulled a buggy on occasion. She is very friendly and motherly around other horses and especially seems to take the nervous outcasts under her wing and keeps any troublemakers in their place. She loves being groomed and is happy to do whatever you want if that means spending time with you.

Junee is a lovely ride, with a smooth trot and an amazing rocking horse canter. She has excellent brakes but is nice and forward for a confident rider and is willing to take on jumps and natural obstacles as long as you set her up properly for them. If her rider feels unstable or takes risky approaches, Junee will always refuse rather than risk them falling. She has a lot of common sense and so is highly recommended for anyone looking for a family horse that suits higher level activities with mum or dad, but can also go to pony club for the kids on the weekend.
