Rarity's tail has always been a pain in the neck for many artists sometimes. Vectorizing is easy when it's only a matter of tracing, but drawing from pencil, that's a sketch, and it can be difficult for beginners.

Oh no, I have done a Rarity before. I know it is hard to her her mane and tail to look right. I was just saying the coloration is off. As far as I'm concerned the lines are good. Just the last tip of her tail just don't look right to me. Color that is.

Naw, that's ok, you express your opinion. I didn't mean to comment either, after all, it could have been worse. Imagine giving Celestia or RD's hair some real details rather than just one flat set of hair as seen in the show.
