The mare heaved a sigh as she forced herself to keep going. It had been a long and painstaking journey for her to get this far and she wanted nothing more than to call it quits. Snorting, she sniffed at the water without being really interested in it. She looked over and saw a familiar black feathered leg not to far from one of her own legs. Ears pricked she let herself look over, letting out a small whicker when she felt his prescence. The transparent black stallion extended a foreleg in the direction she had been going with a throaty nicker. "Don't give up, love." The stallion told her gently, "I'll be with you every step of the way."
