This is a dusty, old artwork for . It was meant to be a gift I should have given in 2008, lol.Today I went through my old computer and I found it amongst a lot school work and sketches. When I saw the image, I thought of Deviantart and the world I left behind.
I named it "Strawberry Search" because of CandyBug's name. I thought of sweet things and related bugs with nature. It was a cool idea at the time, I tell you xD
I did some slight adjustments to the colour and sizing, but other then that, it's how it was ages a go.
Even though it's old, I hope you like it :3.

So much detail on the leaves and the flowers. Words can not express how much I adore this haha. Ps. I love the snail and the little owl creature - so cute!!

Years ago I was browsing through your work and I saw your reference for Bell. The design really inspired me so I wanted to draw her. One of my big regrets was disappearing from DA before submitting it.
But I am glad you like it c: It was meant to be surprise because I like to doing nice things for people who don't suspect it.

Well, I absolutely ADORE it, as old as it is! And it still IS a good idea! A wonderful peek at the small details of nature. I love it. The leaves are so lusciously detailed that I want to reach out and touch one. I can't get over the lovely little swirl patterns on the snail's shell and the purple colors you chose on one the flowers fill me with joy, as do the tufts of fluff of the character (and the curious birdlike creature on one of the stems!). Though it's an old piece, it's still very pleasing to look at.

Yes, we're always looking back and finding things we could have done better. But, sometimes it's important to do so in order to know what to keep an eye out for later on! ^-^

Ha, ha, thanks. What I draw now is a little different to what I did before. It's only when you look back that you see all the little mistakes.
Yeah, things are a little busy on my end. But I guess I should try and be more active on Deviantart. I mean even if I'm not uploading new artwork, there's no reason why I shouldn't comment on people's work
