Heth RP with ~Twisted-Emotions character Vincent. I really liked this scene in my head and I: 1. needed some more dragon art in gallery, 2. needed more Cerul dragon art in general, 3. wanted rainy art. 4. wanted RP art.I AM SO GEWD AT MULTITASK
but on a more serious note these too relate on the count that they are both dragon mages. They have also had some recent bad things happen to each other (notice the scar on Cerul's shoulder) so they needed fluff.

yeah it's taking forever to load the image to save it. btw, i'm looking for commissions, i just redid my whole dragon style if you wanna look at my new image. i am doing both cash and points, though not sure how to do cash ones entirely. and are you taking request also? sorry to dump a bunch at ones.
