It's pretty complicated, but I'll do my best to explain. You have to create a static image of the characters you want in the middle position first. Then you create several other images where they are bobbing slightly to the left each time until you hit the left most frame. Then, flip all the left movement images so that they are opposite (going to the right) Finally, you'll need to put them all together on some program that does animations and save it as a gif file.

It's so cute! I bet it did take a long time, though, with the animation and having to draw it all out. It's really good though. Griffin is amazing!
