The costume looks rather nice. I do have a question though. I've been trying to figure out what to do for the lights around the eyes. I've seen people use a LED strip but what I don't understand is what do you do for the power supply. Can the strips be charged and then used or do you have to make a portable battery for the strip. If there is anything you could suggest I would highly appreciate it.

Thank you! I've heard of the strip of lights too, but i heard about it too late. I used some LED battery powered Christmas lights. I cut out what I needed (About 7 or 8 lights) and wired them to two small 3v button cell batteries. I then wired in a tiny toggle switch I had lying around. The batteries and swith fit perfectly above the goggles under the top of the hat brim. Hope that helps! Good Luck! ^_^

i've heard of people doing a mold of their face and casting it. or of a clear face mask. There should be some tutorials online for it.

Use a paintball mask for the base. That's what the prop makers actually did for the film. (I believe they used a "V-Profiler" mask.) It should be plastic so it can be modfied. I would suggest using a dremel or similar rotary tool to cut away some pieces to give it a facial shape and hollow a nose piece.
Some fantastic reference pics of the real deal are here: [link]
The real mask uses wet-molded leather. I just used the same pleather I used for my coat and gloves and hot glued it to the helmet after modifying it the way I wanted to. The hat definitely needs to be a separate piece, by the way.
Good luck! If you have any other questions, feel free to hit me up!

Thank you! It does get hot easily but the fabric itself is pretty comfortable. The helmet is a little rough because everything echoes inside it and you hear all your own breathing, but its not too bad because there is a good allowance of space for breathing.
Thanks again for the kind words!

This reminds me that I haven't watched Repo in ages. Great costume!
Though if you want some feedback, you can see in this pic that he has what looks like a black surgical mask on his mouth: [link] Adding that would complete the helmet by adding some extra detail to complete it.
