Another great page - I'm really pleased with how this is working out. This first sequence really establishes the moral dilemma that Nejil poses for Vigil - she knows that she can fight her, but can she do it without killing her? It's a nice character point for Vigil that she shows this much compassion to a villain who would kill her without hesitation - and you've established it really nicely in just a couple of pages. I love the glowy light effect in the last panel too.

As always, can't wait to see more

As for references ... I'd say Nejil is kinda like Nemesis from RE3, if you played that game, but way better looking.
That would make Vigil Jill Valentine, I guess

Nejil's more like a "terminator."

You know, the light from Negil's torso kind of reminds me of Seth from Street Fighter IV. Though unlike Seth, Negil's human and inhuman traits combine into a sleek and sexy image.
