Ok, let's just say that Batman was infected by a zombie virus and not zombieish because of blackest night and he's not completely transformed yet. ok.

dude I think this inkwash looks awesome - puts a great tone to the piece and was a way cool technique to use for this.
My personal fave here is the big ass chunk missing out his arm.....a pure zombie staple!

Don't forget to add it to the battle artist group! I almost missed it! Nice ink wash. It can a beast of a medium...a very unforgiving medium...but I am sure you realize by now

and yeah, the ink washes are hell on earth. They take a lot of time to apply, especially if the paper sucks.

hint*** Stonehenge paper....its smooth as regular sketch paper so your lines are crisp, and you can layer hundreds of washes on it...you just need to press it dry or keep it taped up until you are done. here is my sample...inks on stonehenge [link]

lol/ I've drawn batman before, but never zombies. They're a first... so batman doesn't look as zombie as zombies do, but he looks zombie enough for the moment.
