The one thing about Lilith's design that bugs me: her face seems cluttered with all the stuff on it. Sometimes, simplicity is better. But hell, she's your character, and you one-up me in the character design department.
Nice shadows on the skin and highlights on the top.

I actually agree with you with the cluttered up face crit, and hence, I removed the nose piercings in all future drawings. However I do feel the scar and jewel are needed for her character. But please, don't be afraid to give criticism. It really helps me. Honestly.

Yes, they are piercings. They can be seen as a mark of devotion or rank or simply ornamental. You be the judge.
