Well I draw the pokemon and scan it, after that I add colors in Photoshop. Thats all, it's not that difficult !

Well I've seen the misconception like division, but they're Plusle and Minun for eletrical charges, positive charge and negative charge, like electrons and protons. Nutrie would be like a neutron, for neutral. It all evens out.

Lol, I've always looked at them are more of a math pokemon than an electric pokemon. Although, a pair of normal elements who divided or multiplied hit points and attack and etc when together wouldn't be so bad... It doesn't keep up with the electric type, but, Nintendo made Azurill which is normal instead of water, so, I can prolly get away with it.
