Some doodles of the unreleased pokemon from the Pokemon Gold beta demo leak! These are my favorites haha. I had a rough week last week and was batting some depression (again), so I kinda withdrew from the internet for a while. Its hard to draw when ya feel crappy, but I'm trying to get back into the game. :'D Pokemon are easy to draw so I figured this would be a nice exercise to get out of my funk |D

I think the jiang shi panda is probably my favorite out of all the unused beta pokemon. I really hope game freak reuses it's design in a future game.

Yeah pretty much the only option you had if you wanted a ghost on your team was the Gengar line. Mistrivous premiered this gen but it appeared way too late in game to be any sort of viable option. I think Panpire as it's name probably would have bee in English would have been great to have right before the gym in Ecruteak.
