- To contrast Lelouch was a more level-headed counterpart to Suzaku, Megatron is the hard-head counterpart to Orion
- While Megatron was low-class gladiator of Cybertron while Lelouch was born as a Prince of the Empire he swore to destroy
- Another contrast is that while Megatron didn’t care for anyone but his own ambitions and didn’t feel any remorse until the very end of the series, Lelouch genuinely cared for others and often felt remorseful for many of his actions the entire time.
