I thought I'd never get this done.
This just started out as a silly little doodle, born from a silly idea along the lines of 'what if there was a Pokemon show being watched in another reality where the good guys were the bad guys'.
So don't take this seriously or anything, he he he. This doodle was really more of a test of SAI, but I liked how it was looking, so I decided to work on it properly.
Also, there's Misty for any fans who have been around since the beginning and still feel nostalgic for her every now and then. ^_^ She was actually a lot of fun to draw and I'm pleased with how she turned out. I know I could've drawn one of the other Pokegirls, but I decided that she'd fit well here.

That works...but if Ash is the villain, who are the heroes? Do Jessie and James perhaps have some potential in this story? Is Giovanni maybe a good guy? Does Silver fight against his dad? So many possibilities!Β

My interpretation of the answers...
1. The Team Rocket Trio are the heroes w/ Meowth in Pikachu's role and Green/Leaf or at least someone like her in the main character role w/ Eevee as a starter.
2. Perhaps, but maybe the story is less about battles and gyms, and more connected to the Pokedex or overall world exploration.
3. Giovanni could be the Professor of the region the plot takes place in, w/ Silver being Gary's counterpart.

In this AU, Ash would be an incredibly feared member of Team Rocket, being a cunning strategist for both battling and criminal activity, not to mention he's also armed with PokΓ©mon just as deviant and cunning as their trainer.
Examples include a Dusk Lycanroc who's VERY protective of his trainer, a Greninja who can sync its evil mind with his trainer for, as witnesses described, terrifying results, a Krookodile that adores fighting dirty, a Sceptile that's motivated to destroy anything representing love (or anything that even remotely reminds him of the PokΓ©mon, Tropius), a Charizard who has a love for burning up anyone it considers a "do-gooder", and of course, Ash's longtime partner-in-crime, Pikachu, who shocks any pestering hero straight up in the sky.
If Ash wants to find you, his many birds of prey will ensure him of that. Β Not even in the sea you'll have a chance, as he has plenty of wicked Water PokΓ©mon. Β And don't even get me started on his fighting types, aka, the ones who absolutely adore causing pain to others. Β The most cruel ones include Infernape and Hawlucha. Do not expect any mercy or fair game from them. Still, a time with them might be a little better than getting mauled to shreds by Ash's bloodthirsty Garchomp and Noivern.

Jessie actually looks pretty good in civilian clothes. James doesn't look too bad either. Ash and Misty can really pull off the Team Rocket look! I can imagine Pikachu saying Pika after BrainStormer's version of the Team Rocket motto. Nice work here!

In this Alternative Reversed world
The Professor of Kanto is Giovanni
4 trainers are going to viridian city to get they're first starter Pokemons and they're ready to start they're adventures
Jessie pick Bulbasaur, Cassidy pick Squirtle, Butch(I name him right) pick charmander and except for James he pick nothing
But! Giovanni receiving James a hidden substitute Pokemon is a Meowth. And It can talk and spoke in English/Japanese
Jessie and James are getting along with Meowth on their journey to battle the 8 gyms and participate to the Pokemon league to become the Pokemon league Champion
A group of Secret Villainous Organization call Team Rocket, they are sinister team who stealing every trainers Pokemons and kidnapping wild pokemons
Ash, Misty, Brock and Pikachu are the specialize high train grunts are the most wanted suspect who dare to steal other people's pokemons
