Description
The Federal Republic of Bazikstan,the largest and most populated nation of the nebula of Ots, had in general a very strong stance against cloning, for various reasons, but importantly, cultural and religious ones.

This didn't mean that they didn't used it. On the early decades after the lost of contact with the craddle world of Aiers, the bazik space republics in fact uses a large scale cloning program earlier than their rivals, to an unprecedent scale, but using the DNA samples of their Ark Ships and using methods that ensures genetical diversity.

However, once they had reached what was considered a "critical mass" of population, unlike other nations of the Nebula if Ots, they stopped and banned cloning, from pressures of the conservative groups, alledging cultural, religious and historic reasons (having been Bazikstan among the first nations to face clones back in the Wars of Hettichslaven).

Quickly, their own cloning past was buried and purposedly forgotten, and while medical cloning continued (for raising organs for operations), cloning of flora and fauna continued for aiersformation of worlds and they continued genetical research, cloning of humans was banned with a hard ban.

This didn't mean that some of the cloning mega corporations didn't had interests in the possibly largest market of the Nebula, and while they had to compete with the local Bazik Cartel (many bazik state sponsored mega corporations with often oligopolies granted to them), they still wanted to make business there.

Azimuth Pharmaceuticals was already used from their experience at the Empire of the Three Houses and the Alianza to "localize" their operations, so depending of the republics of the RFB they operated, how much they localized the uniforms and external appareances.

However, due the hard ban on human cloning, Azimuth Pharmaceuticals depended much more on biological born humans, or had to bring from beyond the RFB borders their aFra clones: but because of RFB laws that considered cloning contracts of indentured work a form of slavery, azimuth had to bring actual volunteer clone workers with fair contracts.

Which was rather uncommon for Azimuth.
