Here's the start of the critique.
I love the way that you changed the shape of the eyes into more of the shape of Spiderman's, but still kept the main Iron Man idea. To stay on he topic of the glowey objects the chest thing (not sure of the name) was/is wonderfully done to keep with the sleek thyme of Iron Man, but changed just enough to make it fit in with Spiderman.
The metal supports in the background are awesome, and I really like that they resemble spider legs to a degree. The three glowing spots on the right one were a stroke of genius. They really add to the picture, but I have to ask, were there suppose to be any on the other (left) side?
You blended the blue perfectly into the red and gold of the suit, making it noticeable, but not dominating the suit.
I really like how you changed the shape of the energy to resemble spiderwebs, but stayed with the energy idea.
Lastly, you did a great job with the the lighting and shadows. You put plenty in so that the picture isn't to dark, but didn't over do it.
I'm not going to tell you how to improve this, because I know everyone will have their own opinions, and you I'm, sure have your own. Everyone has their own styles of art, and this isn't mine, so I'd probably give really crappy advice.

yahhhh the 3 lights on the right hand side...i wasn't sure if they would be noticeable (perspective wise) so i left them out but i really this i should add something so there's a semblance of light coming from there.
I'll take your critique with enthusiasm, and i will try to make some changes as you make some good pointers.

I really Like this Alternate Iron man, I especially like the design on his body suit, it looks minimal yet it has such a huge impact.
Your art style is amazing too, the shading is great and the anatomy is perfect.
My one issue with it the fact that the Legs on the back (Or claws, I'm not too sure what to call them) look like they don't fit in with the design of the suit, I don't know what it is maybe its the coloration of them? They do look nice they just need to be a little darker to fit in with the who darkness of the rest of the suit.

Hey thanks for the critique really appreciate the fact you took the time to do it. Yah the legs to me looked off as well, i'll try a darker version while emphasizing highlights and scratches to go with the rest of the body. Good eye!
