Well apparently ('Apparently' because I dont speak the language m'self),its part of a phrase,A nu chiki-briki i v damki ,that means something like "King me" in checkers. So they say it when they think they have the advantage,like if theys about to flank or something

I was told it roughly translates to "checkmate mother fucker" or something along those lines.
