When Jack finished his S̺͍͉͔͉̞̪Ḁ̸̰̮͝Y̶̪ ̳͇̭͍̥̭͉ͅG̕҉̡̦̲O̤̫͖͎̗͜͞ͅÒ̴̬̠̺̪̥͉̳͉̥͝D̨̺̦̯͙͙͔̯͚͠B̸̬̻̝͉͍̻̀͝Y҉̫̝̖̹̝̠͠E̲̩͟͝ͅ video, he didn't know that it unleashed his dark version, Antisepticeye, who's a Demon - Glitch. Very similar to Darkiplier, he come and takes control of Jack's body, imprisoned Jack, and disguises himself as Jack.
His plan is to rule over YouTube by killing off the top favorite YouTubers, and then the world and unleashing the other Demon - Glitches. Markiplier realizes that it isn't Jack and tells everyone who comes and decided to help him to get back the good Jack.
Meanwhile, Jack is trying his best to stop Anti, by fighting him internally. Will Jack be free or will Anti rule the world??????

The shape of their heads look a little off, while you're improving a lot, the blackness of... eh I can't spell his name, but their eyes are both uneven, and the luminescence tool was misused, I recommend instead of just a general swipe of the tool try making something in the shape of a compass rose, in the direction you want the the spot where the light to be most intensely.
In addition, I recommend slightly blurring the green luminescent lines in the background, along with instead of illuminating the black marks of his cheek mix the color purple instead of laminating it, because it looks like the purple on his cheeks goes under the tear marks. Most of all though I would focus of your shading since it doesnt really even touch where the lines to indicate a shade are and don't serve much purpose otherwise. I.E the dark Jacks haired compared to unshaded normal Jacks hair. If you want I can send you a few guides based of the paint tool you use.
Also Jacks right hand is a little smaller than his right. You could of used the copy, paste and transform tool to get them of a similar size, but that's just me nitpicking.
